"Dictation of Victory"

Pridnestrovians had an opportunity to celebrate the feat of the heroes of the Great Patriotic War. On the eve of May 9, a new historical event “Dictation of Victory” took place. Its organizer is the United Russia party. Today, Victory dictation was written at 1100 sites located in Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Bulgaria, Denmark, and Israel. There are totally 23 participating countries. The event was organized in Pridnestrovie by the Obnovlenie (Renewal) Party, the representative office of Rossotrudnichestvo in the Republic of Moldova, the Union of Russian Communities and PSU. It was in the audience of the main university of the republic that one could test his knowledge of history.

The event is similar in format to "Total dictation". The “Dictation of Victory” is based on real events of the Great Patriotic War. The participants of the action had to answer 20 questions, choose one of the four proposed options or write a short answer. The subjects of the questions are different: the geography of key battles, the names of the heroes of the Great Patriotic War, knowledge of works of art about the war. Although the action was held for the first time, it aroused great interest. The dictation was written by schoolchildren, students, workers, retirees, government officials. Galina Antyufeyeva, Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council, joined the mass event.

Participants can check themveslves on the official website диктантпобеды.рф. Ratings will not be put. The main goal set by the organizers is to arouse interest among citizens. The participants of the event wanted to learn more about the events and heroes of the Great Patriotic War. The organizers are planning next year to conduct dictation in honor of the 75th anniversary of the Victory in all the cities of Pridnestrovie.
