The Dialogue with Partners continues

A meeting of leadership of Parliament with the assistant vice-premier of the Russian Government Dmitry Rogozin Dmitry Loskutov was held at the legislature. The main subject of held in the parliament dialogue was the current social and economic situation in Pridnestrovie, its reflection on the standard of living of its inhabitants.

The Supreme Council Chairman Vadim Krasnoselsky welcomed the Russian guests.

The meeting at the Supreme Council was held on the initiative of the Russian side. In fact, the last meeting was a logical continuation of the visit of the delegation of the Supreme Council in Moscow. Parliamentarians specified the specific proposals for the intensification of cooperation, primarily in the economic sphere between the Russian Federation and Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic in the Russian capital at various sites. Deputies after returning to Tiraspol have prepared a package of proposals aimed at the establishment of closer economic relations, facilitating the procedures for accessing quality of Pridnestrovian goods on the Russian market, the participation of Pridnestrovian economic entities in the implementation of government orders of Russia.

Assistant to the Special Representative of the Russian President on Pridnestrovie Dmitry Rogozin Dmitry Loskutov in the course of the conversation expressed the interest of the country he represents in maintaining peace and stability in Pridnestrovie, as well as Pridnestrovians assured that Russia will do everything possible to facilitate the lives of their compatriots. An important focus of this many-sided activity, apparently, could be working together to attract Russian investments into the republic. The Russian embassy in Moldova has a lot of experience at this. At the same time a participant of the meeting with good reason was the trade representative of the Russian diplomatic mission in Moldova Vladislav Darvan. This is precisely the element of "economic rods", which all the time the deputies of the Supreme Council are talking about.

Commenting to journalists the course and results of the last in the Supreme Council meeting with Dmitry Loskutov, Parliament Speaker Vadim Krasnoselsky noted that it is the next step system work being done by the legislative body of the republic to strengthen cooperation with its main strategic partner - the Russian Federation. The head of the legislature ensured that this kind of dialogue on the topic of the day with Russian partners will have a continuous, systematic character.
