Dialogue with the youth

The work of the Youth Parliament, volunteering and the work of the media were discussed today as part of a round table held in an online format. Its topic is "Participation of Pridnestrovian youth in the policy of the state: problems and prospects". The organizer was the Department of Public Administration of the Institute of Public Administration, Law and Social Sciences and Humanities of the Pridnestrovian State University named after Taras Shevchenko. The director of the institute, Professor Elena Bobkova, the Head of the All-Pridnestrovian People's Forum Sergey Sherstyuk, the Chairman of the Slobodzeya Council of People's Deputies Tatyana Zalevskaya, who is the Head of the Department of Public Administration, teachers and students, took part in the dialogue. The deputies of the Youth Parliament of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic expressed their opinion on the participation of young people in the politics of the state. The Deputy of the Youth Parliament, the Chairman of the student scientific association "Kratos" Anastasia Sokolan spoke about the activities of this consultative and advisory body under the Supreme Council. She emphasized that the Youth Parliament is involved in the development of legislative initiatives relating to youth policy. The proposals are advisory in nature.

The deputies of the Youth Parliament managed to organize the work of conferences and round tables on youth policy issues. They worked as volunteers in the elections to the State Duma of Russia, participated in campaigns to plant greenery in Tiraspol. The Youth Parliament coordinated the holding of the international campaign "Test on the history of the Great Patriotic War" on the territory of our republic.

The Youth Parliament, which consists of deputies from 16 to 30 years old, is an intermediary between its generation and the institutions of state power and administration, it was noted within the round table. The deputies of the Youth Parliament raised the topic of the work of the media and the filling of information publics.
