The audio conference of vice-speaker Alexander Shcherba and heads on the development of business and industry of the Supreme Council Committee Victor Guzun, members of “The Obnovlenie” parliamentary faction with representatives of the Russian party "United Russia" was held today. The dialogue, held at the initiative of the Russian side regarding the execution of the "United Russia" primaries for the election to the State Duma. Among the bilateral dialogue - Russian citizenship, permanently residing abroad, including in Pridnestrovie, in a preliminary vote, the primaries procedure as an effective screening tool of political leaders. As a result of intra-party vote, a sort of competition, allowing to select the best candidates, "ER" will generate a list of candidates from the party in the elections to the State Duma of the VII convocation, scheduled for September 18, 2016 For the first time since 2003 the elections to the State Duma will be held on a mixed system: half of the deputies will be elected on party lists, half - from single-mandate constituencies.

Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council Alexander Shcherba declared that the inhabitants of Pridnestrovie, having citizenship of the Russian Federation, willingly participate in the elections to the highest authorities of Russia. Polling stations for the Russian presidential and parliamentary elections always open on the territory of the republic; the organization of this process took place with the participation of the Russian Embassy.

The audio conference participants discussed the mechanism of advance polling organization, the possibility offered to the primaries, "United Russia" electoral legislation of Russia and Pridnestrovie.

Members of "United Russia" intend to hold a discussion on the organization of Russian electoral procedures abroad, in particular in Pridnestrovie, in the upcoming pre-election congress of "United Russia", which will be invited representatives of “The Obnovlenie”.
