The Dialogue of the State with Small Business

20.02.2017

Local authorities hold meetings with representatives of small and medium-sized businesses. Businessmen estimate the laws in force and make suggestions as, in their opinion, it is possible to improve the conditions of work. The meeting with entrepreneurs was held in Kamenka.

The head of Kamenka district, deputy of the Supreme Council of PMR of the V convocation Vladimir Bychkov noted that the conversation was lively and thorough. Entrepreneurs pay attention to the problems requiring solutions, actively made proposals. They focused their attention on elimination of administrative barriers, providing financial support, for example, the issuance of preferential loans to the initiating of business. They spoke about development of small business infrastructure: the opening of centers of business education, business incubators.

Vladimir Bychkov is convinced, entrepreneur earn both for themselves, and for the state. There is no large-scale industry in Kamenka, so here is a bet on small and medium-sized businesses. Vladimir Bychkov noted that the area is important to study all the resources and reserves. However, according to the deputy of the Supreme Council for the "Kamenka" constituency Valery Babchinetsky, the main task for Kamenka remains job creation.

Meanwhile, the first important steps towards entrepreneurs have already been made. Within the framework of the implementation of the tasks set by the President, the Supreme Council adopted a number of laws that will improve the business environment. Legislators consider these measures as unprecedented.

A resident of Kamenka Vladimir Kovalchuk came to the head of district administration for the reception. Vladimir - is lawyer with experience, is now retired but continues to participate actively in the life of his native city. He offered local authorities to restore the quarry near the village Hristovaia in the hope that they become interested in the Russian investor. The area is home to more than 10 quarries and mines in mining of sand, gravel and stone. Only two of them are working today.

The resident of Kamenka is convinced that if the quarry is fully operational, the building produced material will be enough for local needs and for export. The generated rubble can be used for the repair and construction of roads. The development of domestic production of materials for the building is one of the tasks set by the President of the Republic Vadim Krasnoselsky.

Another topical issue for the region is land. Most entrepreneurs from Kamenka are agrarians. According to Vladimir Bychkov, there are a lot of people who want to work on the ground, but the local authorities concerned, all land reserves have been used effectively. According to the head of state administration in the sphere of land relations legislation might be improved.

The legislative body of the Republic makes suggestions and will take it into account. The work to improve conditions in the agro-industrial sector will be continued.
