The deputy act returns

"Deputy act" - this form of the document was proposed to be enshrined at the legislative level by the deputy of the Supreme Council Oleg Vasilaty. The law will prescribe the conditions for registration and the powers of the People's Deputy to draw up this document. Such a document was previously in force in our republic, but a number of legislative changes led to the fact that the deputy act left the legal field. The need to adopt the law-in-draft according to Oleg Vasilaty is caused by the absence in the legislation of the regulation of relations that arise between the people's deputy and interested parties regarding the drafting of deputy's act. The deputy himself and at least two people participate in this process, who confirm certain facts, condition or presence of property, whether a person lives at the address or not.

It is not always possible to involve state authorities in such cases. And even if there is such an opportunity, these are paid services. According to Oleg Vasilaty, if people within the framework of local self-government are able to resolve these issues on their own, it will be beneficial to everyone.

The deputy corps supported the additions to the law "On the status of people's deputies of local Soviets of people's deputies of the PMR". The law-in-draft was adopted in the final reading.
