Deputies of the PMR Supreme Council took part in the elections of the PMR President

114206 people voted in the republic by 15.00. In Tiraspol 34290 PMR citizens voted, in Bendery – 18824, in Grigoriopol – 9786 people, in Dubossary – 8646, in Kamenka - 7075, in Rybnitsa - 16910, in Slobodzeya –18675, the website of the Central Election Commission of the PMR reports. The turnout is approaching 30%.

Deputies of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic together with all the citizens of Pridnestrovie, take part in the election of the head of state.

Ruslan Gareev, Chairman of the Committee on Regional Policy and Housing and Utilities, came to polling station number 19 in Bendery. The parliamentarian believes that the opportunity to choose a head of state is a right and responsibility that every citizen should use.

Deputy of the constituency number 4 "Leninsky" Anton Onufrienko came to the polls with his youngest daughter Victoria. This has already become a family tradition. The family of Onufrienko votes at polling station number 16 in Bendery and also believes that participation in the electoral process is important for every Pridnestrovian.

The Chairperson of the Central Election Commission Elena Gorodetskaya noted in the course of the press conference today the friendly atmosphere at the polling stations and high voter turnout. According to the head of the Central Election Commission of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, Pridnestrovians who live in settlements temporarily under the jurisdiction of the Republic of Moldova also take an active part in the voting.

According to the Central Election Commission, no violations were recorded. Single complaints that were received by the precinct election commissions were considered at the PEC meetings and were found unfounded, the CEC website reports.

The head of the RSO representative office in the PMR noted: no violations or complaints from voters were reported to him as an international observer.
