Deputies urge Pridnestrovians to vote in elections to the State Duma of the Russian Federation

27 polling stations will be opened in Pridnestrovie on September 19. Pridnestrovians with Russian citizenship will be able to vote in towns and districts of the republic. The deputies of the Supreme Council called on citizens to take part in the elections to the State Duma of the Russian Federation.

Boris German, a parliamentarian for constituency No. 11 "Central" in Dubossary, noted that the Constitution of the Russian Federation provides every citizen of the Russian Federation to choose and be elected to one or another legislative body.

Valentin Matveychuk, Deputy of the Supreme Council for electoral district No. 18 "Popenksky" of Rybnitsa region, considers that the voting results and the political stability that will be in Russia in the future are in many ways the main factor of stability in Pridnestrovie.

Vadim Kravchuk, Deputy of the Supreme Council for electoral district No. 14 "Metallurgical" in Rybnitsa, emphasized that Pridnestrovie is an outpost of the Russian world and must choose its future together with Russia.

The parliamentarian drew attention to the fact that on September 19 security measures will be provided. There are masks, measuring temperatures, maintaining social distance and a large number of voting booths at the polling stations.

Voting for the elections of deputies to the Russian parliament in Pridnestrovie will begin on 17 September. 2 polling stations will be opened in Tiraspol: in the Palace of the Republic and the House of Officers. The rest of the sites in the towns and districts of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic will be opened on September 19.
