Deputies congratulated the veteran from Grigoriopol on his centenary

Resident of the village of Vinogradnoye, Grigoriopol district, veteran of the Great Patriotic War Egor Maslov celebrated his 100th anniversary on the 27th of April. The veteran received congratulations all day yesterday. The Head of the state administration of Grigoriopol and the Grigoriopol district Oleg Gabuja, read out a congratulation from the PMR President Vadim Krasnoselsky.

Chairman of the Council of People's Deputies of the Grigoriopol district and the city of Grigoriopol, Head of the local branch of the Obnovlenie (Renewal) party Andrei Kovtun congratulated the hero of the day from the entire deputy corps and conveyed congratulations to the leader of the party, Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council of the PMR Galina Antyufeyeva. Deputy of the Supreme Council in the constituency No. 8 "Yuzhny" Vladimir Pelin, where Yegor Ivanovich Maslov lives, came to personally congratulate the veteran on his centenary.

Vladimir Pelin presented flowers to the hero of the day, a letter of the Supreme Council and read out a welcoming address from the Head of parliament Alexander Korshunov and the entire deputy corps.

Yegor Maslov served as a scout in artillery units during the war. Participated in the Korsun-Shevchenko and Yassy-Kishinev operations, in the liberation of Ukraine, Moldova, Romania, Hungary, Czechoslovakia, Austria. He was awarded the Order of Glory of the III degree, medals "For Courage", "For Military Merit", and has anniversary medals.
