Deputies – the founders of the republic compiled a list of orders to candidates for the PMR President

02.12.2021

On December 12, 2021, the elections of the PMR President will be held in Pridnestrovie. 257 polling stations will be opened in the republic. Deputies of the PMR Supreme Council urge citizens to come to the polling stations, fulfill their civic duty and show the world community the unity of our people. The deputies – the founders of the republic gathered today in the hall of plenary sessions (all vaccinated). They discussed the problems that worried them personally and the majority of Pridnestrovians, and made a list of instructions to the candidates for the PMR President. The meeting was attended by the Chairman of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic Alexander Korshunov. The list of mandates is to achieve recognition of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, to keep the peace and not to increase the cost of utilities.

The Head of the Consultative Assembly of the first Pridnestrovian deputies, the first President of the PMR Igor Smirnov provided an opportunity for each of those present to indicate their mandate. Many proposals were voiced. Some of them related to private problems, such as the operation of public transport or the construction of large retail chains in remote microdistricts of the capital. They asked to provide a normal opportunity to sign up for vaccinations and settle the issue with the registration on issues of citizenship and replacement of passports at the Ukrainian embassy and at the Russian consulate.

The list of mandates to presidential candidates contains many applications of a state scale. For example, provide employment for socially unprotected groups of the population and test civil servants for knowledge of the history of the creation and formation of the PMR. The founders of the republic consider that young people have become less aware of history - how Pridnestrovie was created, in what conditions it was formed and how people suffered and died defending the independence of the young country.

Even the first deputies demand to ensure the food security of the country by determining, for example, for each large agricultural producer the volume of produced vegetables, meat, and so on. To take into account the program for the development of the agro-industrial complex and declare the Year of Agriculture - such a mandate will also be passed on to the candidates for the post of President.

All the proposals and comments voiced at the meeting within a week will be drawn up in a separate list of orders and transferred to all members of the Consultative Assembly of the first Pridnestrovian deputies under the Chairman of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and candidates for the presidency of Pridnestrovie.
