Deputies sent questions to the Government

The Presidium of the Supreme Council sent questions regarding the work of the executive authority last year to the Government. This is an annual practice of interaction between legislators and executors. According to the Regulations of the Supreme Council, the Chairman of the Government before May 1 submits to the Parliament a report on the results of work for the past year, as well as answers to questions posed by the Supreme Council.

Chairman of the Commission on Mandates, Regulations and Parliamentary Ethics Grigory Dyachenko commented that the questions sent this week concern the life of the state and the problems existing in the republic.

The costs of supporting enterprises are included in the republican budget. There are programs to subsidize the interest rate on loans that are issued to enterprises in priority industries. For example, 17.5 million rubles have been allocated under the Entrepreneurship Development Fund in the budget 2023 to subsidize interest rates on soft loans in industry, construction, agriculture, and tourism.
