14.02.2018

Chairman of the Supreme Council Alexander Shcherba read the text of the deputy inquiry at the end of the plenary session. There are Pavel Shinkaryuk, Vadim Doni, Andrei Safonov, Sergey Vasilyev, Ruslan Gareev, Igor Buga among the authors. The speech in the inquiry is about the legitimacy of the broadcast on the so-called People's Television program "Slobozeyskie Vesti", because of this interrupted the television show of the TV channel "Russia 1". The group of parliamentarians who signed the deputy inquiry wanted to find out: are these actions legal or illegal? The document, in particular, asks: "Is it legal to interrupt the program broadcast on the Russian TV channel "Russia 1" by TV product manufactured in the territory of PMR? If so, what kind of republican law is this action regulated? "In order to get an answer to this and other questions, a group of parliamentarians prepared a deputy inquiry, and then brought it up for discussion by all colleagues in the legislature.

The form of execution of their powers by the people's deputies embarrassed Deputy Oleg Vasilaty.

The authors of the deputy inquiry are convinced that they should be drafted and sent to the bodies of state power, other structures - an inalienable right of people's representatives of various levels, given to them by the norms of the current legislation.

The result of a short discussion was the voting of people's deputies for sending a deputy inquiry to the Prosecutor of the PMR.
