The author was interested in answer to the second question in deputy inquiry, was to establish the truth: were dividends included in the town budget received by that municipal unitary enterprise to participate in the JSC "Bendery brewery"?

According to the deputy inquiry of Anton Onufrienko, while in the country made decisions to reduce working hours of public sector employees, which affected the level of pay, as well as lead to non-payment of 30% of salaries and pensions, Bendery Soft Drinks Plant realized charitable payment in the amount of 535 thousand rubles for the reconstruction of Sovetskaya str. in the city of Bendery.
