Dear officers, military personnel and veterans

of the PMR Armed Forces!

On behalf of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and me personally please receive congratulations you on the 29th anniversary of the formation of the Armed Forces of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic!

The Armed Forces of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, created in 1991, have been guarding the republic for 29 years, conscientiously fulfilling their professional and civic duty, being the guarantor of peace and security of the people of Pridnestrovie.

Modern transformations and achievements of our army are the merit of true patriots of their homeland. Serving in the army has become not just a duty and obligation, but also prestigious. It is in the army that young people learn self-discipline, courage, stamina, endurance and responsibility.

I am sure that you will remain faithful to the oath in the future, and use all your strength and professional skills to maintain high alertness, discipline and organization.
