It is impossible to imagine the modern life of our republic without housing and communal services and the sphere of personal services to the population. The uninterrupted operation of all enterprises and institutions, light and heat in every house, order on the streets of our cities and villages depend on the daily work of these specialists.

You are faced with the most important tasks of interacting with enterprises and organizations on the maintenance and repair of housing stock, improvement of adjacent territories, provision of housing and communal services, organization and interaction on issues of electricity, heat, gas and water supply to the population, sewerage, collection, removal and disposal of household waste, operational control over the organization of emergency and restoration work at the facilities of the municipal complex of the republic and much more.

I am sure that all the tasks assigned to you are within your power, and you have proved this in practice with your conscientious daily work. Every day our republic is changing, cities are changing their appearance, delighting all residents with the beauty of parks, squares, fountains and flower beds. It is always warm and light in our homes, and we owe all this to our public utilities, who daily put the warmth of their soul into their work.
