Each of the communal spheres has its own specifics, but all of you are united by a common goal – to provide the residents of our republic with high-quality housing and communal services.

Today, the housing and communal services are focused on the active modernization of the material base, development of the infrastructure of settlements, improvement of cities and villages. All the fruitful efforts of housing and communal services workers are aimed at successfully solving the main task - to make the daily life of Pridnestrovians as comfortable as possible.

I am sure that every year your professional skills, responsibility and skill will allow you to solve a huge number of problems that exist in the sphere of housing and communal services and consumer services.
