You have been entrusted with very important tasks to strengthen the rule of law and order to protect the constitutional rights of citizens and the interests of our republic. You strengthen the authority of the investigating authorities and the public's confidence in the law enforcement system, make a significant contribution to the socio-economic stability of the republic with your responsible attitude to business.

Impeccable knowledge of laws and regulations, their strict observance are the most important qualities of investigator.

I express my gratitude to you for the successful fulfillment of the tasks set for the investigation of crimes, the protection of human and civil rights and freedoms, the strengthening of the rule of law and order.
