On behalf of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and on my own behalf, I congratulate you on your professional holiday!

Your contribution to the development of culture and art is truly invaluable. Your activities contribute to the harmonious development of the individual, educate a person ideologically, aesthetically, morally, introduce him to beauty, enrich the emotional, spiritual world of a person. It is the cultural workers who give the joy of communicating with the world of beauty. You have precious qualities: creative attitude to your work, enthusiasm, tirelessness, a desire to please and surprise people.

Cultural policy is successfully implemented, the spiritual wealth of our society is preserved and increased, phenomena of national cultures, artistic folk crafts are actively revived and developed, professional and amateur art is developing, works of painting, literature, music are created, new performances and choreographic compositions are staged, interethnic ties are strengthened, which contribute to spiritual mutual enrichment and preservation of the identity of the people of Pridnestrovie thanks to the professionalism, everyday talented and dedicated work of cultural workers in our republic.

Dynamic development of culture is impossible without state support. The issues of training highly qualified cultural specialists, strengthening its material base, social protection of cultural workers have been and will be in the center of attention of the deputies of the relevant committee therefore.
