Day of the PMR Border Guard

Dear border guards!

On behalf of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika and me personally please receive congratulations on your professional holiday - Border Guard Day!

The border detachment of the Ministry of State Security of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic was created with the aim of protecting the state border of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, intelligence, counterintelligence and operational-search activities, as well as ensuring the territorial sovereignty and security of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic.

The defense of the borders of the Fatherland was and remains one of the most responsible, difficult and honorable tasks, which the Motherland trusts only its best soldiers to fulfill.

You show courage, loyalty and devotion to your state, serving on the protection of the state border of Pridnestrovie.

I express special words of gratitude to the veterans of the PMR border service, you are an example for the current generation and future border guards.

I am confident that the professionalism and responsibility of the personnel of the border service will continue to be the key to the successful preservation of the security of the state border, the guarantee of peace and tranquility of our citizens.
