Day of Civil Protection of the PMR

Dear employees and veterans of the 

Civil Protection Directorate!

I congratulate you on your professional holiday on behalf of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and on my own behalf!

Today, August 19, is a significant day – the 30th anniversary of the formation of the Civil Protection Service in the republic.

Your work truly deserves respect. You perform with your conscientious work such important functions as informing and teaching people the correct behavior in the event of emergencies, helping to competently organize civil defense at various enterprises and facilities, including dangerous ones, monitor warning systems, fight natural disasters, ensure the safety of the population and much more.

You are representatives of a courageous profession and you are an example of selfless service for the good and prosperity of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic!

I would like to especially note the contribution of the veterans and express my gratitude for the knowledge and experience that they so carefully passed on to young employees of the Civil Protection system.

I wish you good health, happiness, courage and resilience on the way to overcome any life situations!
