April 5 – is the Day of Geologist!

Dear geologists of Pridnestrovie, veterans of the industry sector!

On behalf of the Parliament of Pridnestrovie, let me congratulate you on your professional holiday - Day of the geologist!

Natural resources exploration, mineral resources reconnaissance, the study of relief-geological processes, planning and surveying works and measures for the protection of the environment - all of this is important in solving social and economic problems of our state.

Geologist profession requires not only omnifarious knowledge, but also special respect for the native land, courage, endurance and commitment to hard work and routine physical work.

You overcome difficulties and continue to study natural pantries, contribute to the efficient use of earthly riches, the further strengthening of raw complex of our republic despite rather complicated time for our economy.

Relevant committee of the Supreme Council of Pridnestrovie paid close attention from its part  to improving the legal framework for the rational use of resources in Pridnestrovie and make every effort to create conditions for further development of the geological industry sector.
