Delegation of authority

Individual entrepreneurs will be able to transfer the right to declare goods at customs to their employees. They did not have such a right previously. The Supreme Council supported the legislative initiative of the deputy Viktor Guzun.

In the event at the same time that employees indicate incorrect data or the information in the declaration is unreliable, then all the responsibility that is currently provided for by law will fall on the individual entrepreneur.

The Supreme Council supported this initiative and adopted the law-in-draft with amendments to the PMR Customs Code in two readings at once. The document was sent for signature to the President of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic.
