06.09.2018

On the threshold of additional elections to the State Duma of the Russian Federation, which will be held this Sunday, including on the territory of our republic, the exhibition of the winners of the republican children's contest of posters and drawings "I go to the elections" was opened in the capital of the Palace of Children's and Youth Creativity. The contest was held in the spring on the eve of the election of the President of Russia. It was attended by more than two hundred children. The organizer is Central Election Commission with support of “The Obnovlenie” (Renewal) republican party.

Vice-speaker Galina Antyufeyeva, Chairman of the Central Election Commission Elena Gorodetskaya and counselor of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Moldova Ilya Uvarov addressed with wishes of creative success and faith in their talent for the children.

The vice-speakers noted, that the Pridnestrovians always take part in the Russian election campaigns, stand for a united future together with the great Motherland, and children have a common future.

Despite the fact that the theme of the election is completely childish, according to CEC chairman Elena Gorodetskaya, young contestants managed to place all the important accents.

The fact that Pridnestrovians are always actively involved in the Russian political choice, they know and see in Russia. This is convincing and the adviser of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Moldova, Ilya Uvarov, who will head the election commission in Tiraspol during the presidential elections in the spring.

Young artists in a solemn atmosphere were given booklets with their published works. The children's drawings once again reminded adults of the importance of choice, for which they are responsible.
