To create a Conciliation Commission

10.06.2015

According to decision of the deputies a special conciliation will be created regarding the vetoed by the President Law on the rights of orphans and children left without parental care. It concerns entitlement of orphans and children left without parental care, to receive higher education in the training programs, bachelor's and master's degrees from the State budget. Let’s remember that the law was adopted by deputies on April 15, but not signed by the president. Relevant parliamentary committee on education, science and culture proposed to find a way out to settle the differences. The appropriate draft resolution of the Supreme Council had previously been considered at the committee meeting chaired by Vladimir Bodnar. It prescribes that the composition of the conciliation commission will include four persons: the Supreme Council is presented by Deputies Vladimir Bodnar and Oleg Khorzjan, the president is proposed to delegate candidates. Conciliation Commission will develop a coherent version of the law for re-consideration by the plenary. According to the draft decision the decision must be taken by the Commission before 23 June of this year.
