Dear veterans of the Great Patriotic War

and home front workers! Dear Pridnestrovians!

On behalf of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and me personally let me congratulate you on the Day of Great Victory!

May 9 holds together invisible thread to all the heirs of the winning generation who now live in different parts of the former USSR. Our fathers and grandfathers, protecting humanity from fascism, laid the foundation for unity, which cannot be destroyed either by borders or by time.

Victory for all of us is not just a historical date. The national achievement brought liberation not only to our republic, but to the whole world.

Decades pass, generations change, but Victory Day - symbol of pride, military glory and valor - is forever written in history.

We bow our heads before the bright memory of the soldiers who fell on the battlefields. Low bow to you, dear veterans, home front workers, to all who contributed to the Great Victory, who gave us the opportunity to live, work, love.

Dear veterans, please accept my sincere wishes for long life, happiness, well-being, attention and care from relatives and close people!
