Chobruchi: results and plans

Street lighting and roads

These areas of work are priority for any rural area. Funding is needed to ensure that all streets are lighted and the roads are asphalted and without potholes. Rural streets are being repaired under the Road Fund program, there was a problem with their lighting. The Supreme Council decided to allocate 10% of the Road Fund's to the reconstruction of street networks and street lighting. The Deputy of the Supreme Council emphasized that in Chobruchi they began to use new technology for the road surface. A large section of Oktyabrskaya Street was covered for the first time. The development of the village is funded not only by the Road Fund. Today the state is levying a number of new taxes. This is a tax levied on agricultural producers, each of them pays 1 MW per 1 hectare of farmland. In addition, villagers pay 10 minimum wages per month. These funds in the amount of 300 thousand rubles a year are accumulated in the local budget and directed to the needs of the village. Where to direct funds - to buy paving slabs or repair a road section - is decided by the local Council of People's Deputies.

Will there be water in the park named after Rodin?

The Park named after Rodin is one of the attractions of the village of Chobruchi. Many ideas for the preservation of the park were realized by the efforts of village enthusiasts, deputies of the local council. Deputy in the Chobruchsky constituency Oleg Vasilaty said that the pipeline was replaced here, pumping equipment was purchased at the expense of the local budget, and the rainbow grotto was repaired with the support of the Electromash plant employees. The most important question is to fill the bowls of the fountains with water.

Water goes into the soil, old concrete needs to be renewed, this requires investments, and considerable ones. We are talking about the amount of 1.5-2 million rubles. This amount is too much for the district budget. The Deputy of the Supreme Council considers it necessary to include the necessary works in the park in the state program for the preservation of monuments.

"New" old school

The Chobruchi Moldavian School No. 2 has been living in a new way for two years: the windows, the roof, and the heating system have been replaced. The funds for these purposes came from the Capital Investment Fund, totally approximately 2 million 800 thousand rubles.

Masters worked at the school throughout the summer of 2018. The teachers, parents of students and senior pupils helped. On September 1, children came to school like a new building, recalls Alexander Vasilaki.

The facade of the school was also renewed. Deputy Oleg Vasilaty helped with the purchase of benches for the school yard and the renovation of the school museum. The new paving slabs were laid out thanks to the assistance of the Head of the state administration Vitaly Tsurcan.

Sports in Chobruchi

The local stadium needs to be reconstructed in the village of Chobruchi. The women's football team "Chobruchi-GTK" trains here. The team participates in international tournaments. Training conditions need to be improved to accommodate modern sports infrastructure requirements. Perhaps the reconstruction of the rural stadium will be included in the capital investment program next year.

According to the Deputy of the Supreme Council Oleg Vasilaty, the project and cost estimate have already been developed. The documents were sent to the Ministry of Economic Development in order for this facility to be included in the capital investment program for 2021. We are talking about an amount within 3 million rubles.

According to the parliamentarian, it is important to create conditions not only for professional and amateur football, but also for handball games. Another task for the next year is to equip an artificial outdoor field for training handball players in the fresh air. For this project, the estimate documentation is already available.

Implementation of the Voter Mandate Fund Program

The House of Children's Creativity helps to reveal the talents of young residents of the village. It was opened in 2000. Earlier, the work of children's circles was organized at schools. Now for 20 years the guys have been studying in a separate building. There are five main areas of study: arts and crafts, artistic and aesthetic, environmental, sports and health and the direction of visual creativity. 260 children study in the House of Creativity now. The lighting in the classrooms was improved two years ago for the comfort of the educational process.

The old windows were also replaced with plastic ones in the building. 16 window units were replaced as well as the front doors in 2018. The funds of the Voter Mandate Fund were also directed for these purposes.

As for the Chobruchi House of Creativity, it is still necessary to update the second part of the old windows of the building, and the roof also needs to be replaced. People here always turn with their wishes, including to the deputy in the constituency, Oleg Vasilaty. Plastic windows and new lighting in the House of Creativity confirm the effectiveness of joint work in the Chobruchi district.
