The influence of youth on managerial decision making

A discussion workshop was held in the Contact Center of Rossotrudnichestvo in Tiraspol on the topic “The influence of youth on managerial decisions”. Representatives of the Youth Parliament of Pridnestrovie, the Youth Electoral Commission of the PMR and PSU named after T. G. Shevchenko.

The main topic of discussion is the forms and methods of youth influence on managerial decision-making. The participants in the conversation talked about how this happens through youth organizations and youth self-government bodies of various structures, through parties and various social events. As one of the organizers of the discussion workshop, the chairman of the Youth Parliament of the Republic Alexander Savich noted, it is important to involve children in the governance of the country.

At the same time, he emphasized that the projects that young people submit to the state should be well thought out and real for implementation.
