The Person of the Year 2019

Winners of the state contest "Person of the Year 2019" were honored today in the Palace of the Republic. The awarding ceremony of the laureates was held for the 23^rd time. The best named professionals are teachers, doctors, workers of automobile transport, veterinary medicine, the agricultural industry, and public figures. There were 20 nominations.

Tatyana Gevlich, founder of Okay Service LLC, was named "Patron of the Year". Last year, she supported the Charity Fund “Humanity and Justice” and financial assistance in holding events dedicated to the Day of Tiraspol, the 74th anniversary of the Great Victory and other significant events in the life of the capital. Galina Antyufeyeva, Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council, handed the medal, statuette and diploma to the winner.

Junior sergeant of militia, cadet of the 1^st training platoon of the 4th year of the Tiraspol Law Institute named after Kutuzov Artemy Temerov became the laureate in the nomination “Volunteer of the year”. He was awarded the prize for an active life position and participation in charity and volunteer events aimed at helping orphans and children left without parental care. “Volunteer of the Year” developed and organized the social project “Let's warm children's hearts”. The laureate was congratulated by the Chairman of the Supreme Council Alexander Korshunov.
