315 billion rubles will be sent in addition to finance social spending. This was announced today at a joint briefing by Deputy Chairman of the State Duma, head of "The United Russia" Vladimir Vasilyev, Deputy Speaker, Secretary of the General Council of "The United Russia" Sergei Neverov and chairman of the budget committee Andrei Makarov.

According to Vladimir Vasiliev amendments to the amount of 315 billion rubles will be placed for consideration of the deputies. First of all, 170 billion rubles of this amount should be sent to the provision of cheap loans instead of expensive regions of commercial loans. Fifty billion rubles - to create new jobs in modern schools and the liquidation of the third shift. 43 billion - to support the Republic of Crimea. 14 billion - for the development of science and new technologies.

Village support continues, and over 9 billion of additional funds are proposed for this purpose. It is also planned to allocate subsidies to regional budgets to compensate for the cost of payment of contributions for capital repairs to socially unprotected categories of citizens, to increase funding for the construction of facilities at the expense of the federal budget. It is planned to send 300 million rubles in support of the regional media.
