There are no legislative work breaks, celebrations are not a barrier to the establishment and strengthening of inter-parliamentary ties. The meeting between the Chairman of the Supreme Council Mikhail Burla and head of the parliamentary committee on legislation Galina Antyufeeva a member of the international affairs committee of the Federation Council of Russia Igor Morozov was held at the parliament May 9, the day of the 70th anniversary of the Great Victory. He represents the executive body of state power of the Ryazan region in the upper house of Russia's parliament.

Igor Nikolaevich is for the second time in our country, the first time he visited Pridnestrovie in August last year during the celebration of the 70th anniversary of the Iasi-Kishinev operation as part of the official delegation led by Vice-Premier of the Russian Government Dmitry Rogozin.

The conversation of parliamentarians of Pridnestrovie and Russia has been devoted mainly to improving legislative activity, cooperation on the parliamentary level, the harmonization of Pridnestrovian legislation with Russian. Particular attention was paid to the electoral system. And this is no accident, a single day of voting on elections of deputies of the Supreme Council and deputies of local representative bodies held in the PMR for the first time in its history in November 29, 2015. In this regard, methodological assistance of Russian colleagues, first of all, experts of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation would not be excessive for Pridnestrovie. Igor Morozov, returning to the preferences of the electoral system recommended Pridnestrovian legislators to pay attention in the future to mixed, when one half of the members of parliament elected on party lists, the other - in majority districts.

Russian senator during communication with Mikhail Burla and Galina Antyufeeva shared results of his colleagues in the parliamentary field. He, in particular, spoke about the success of the Russian authorities for inclusion in the turnover of land. At the beginning of 2000, beyond the turnover in Russia was 30 million hectares of land. The adoption of the new edition of the Land Code within 2-3 years allowed to put into circulation 18 million hectares. Later, people began to buy land and become its sole owners. This work has allowed the Russian Federation today, at full power to run the program of import substitution due to Western sanctions.

In response, Senator Igor Morozov officially invited Pridnestrovian deputies to visit the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of Russia. According to him, Council of Legislators is successfully functioning on the basis of the upper house of the Russian parliament. In its framework the Pridnestrovian Deputies, members of the Supreme Council could comprehend the wisdom of the Russian legislation, receive invaluable experience.
