Parliamentarians continue to use such an instrument of control deputy inquiries. Two new documents were prepared. The authors of one of them - is Andrei Safonov and Igor Buga - colleagues have proposed to apply to the Prosecutor's Office to find out how legitimate is the classification of information on the activities of the Moldavian Metallurgical Plant, the National shipping company and "Energocapital". Parliamentarians reminded of the Accounting Chamber non-admission to the documentation of these enterprises after the identification and disclosure of the Prosecutor's Office of the facts significant understatement of the tax base. The inquiry states that the current legislation does not allow classification of information about all sorts of privileges and benefits, and certain organizations enjoyed state support.

Another inquiry was prepared by a group of deputies, addressed not only to the prosecutor's office, but also the president. It also includes the names of companies and organizations, which prevented the carrying out of the joint venture audits. The parliamentarians asked about the nature and legitimacy of this kind of restriction. Response must be received till July 5.
