Meeting of the Presidium was held in the Supreme Council. The agenda of the plenary session, which will be held tomorrow, December 22, has been supplemented with a number of legislations.
Deputies will consider amendments and additions to a number of laws of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic on December 22, in the first reading. The innovations relate to the practicality and convenience of our citizens applying to the judicial authorities in electronic form. Courts will also be provided with the opportunity to receive the necessary information through electronic communication channels.
The Supreme Council will consider additions to some legislative acts of our republic in the second reading this Wednesday. The purpose of the law-in-draft is to prevent the deliberate and illegal use of invalid passports by the citizens of Pridnestrovie and to establish administrative responsibility for this.
The deputy corps in the final reading will consider the draft state target program for the restoration and development of the reclamation complex of our republic on December 22.
Deputies will consider in the second reading the amendments and additions to the law "On higher and postgraduate vocational education" in accordance with the schedule of work of the parliament. The law-in-draft establishes the norm that training in Master's programs and obtaining the qualification (degree) "Master" is possible if you have a bachelor's degree in the same field of study or a specialist diploma.
The Supreme Council Chairman Alexander Korshunov made a proposal to hold the next plenary meeting at the end of this week.
Members of the Presidium supported the proposal to hold the next plenary meeting on December 24 on Friday in connection with the consideration of the budget for 2022 on Wednesday in the second reading and the consideration of the budget of the republic in the third reading on Friday, so that the specialists could read the law-in-draft and send it to the President of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic for signature.
