The plenary session of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, scheduled for March 12, has been postponed to next Wednesday. The decision was made today by the Presidium of the legislature chaired by the speaker of the parliament Alexander Korshunov.
The deputy corps will consider on March 19 a package of legislative initiatives of the Government in the second reading, which are designed to attract investment in the development of "green" energy. Other legislations in the field of economic policy of the state will be considered. The Committee on Legislation, Protection of Citizens' Rights and Freedoms submitted for discussion to the parliament a report "On the results of the activities of the Supreme Court of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic in 2024".
The Presidium set the date for the next plenary session of the autumn session today. The Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic will consider in the first reading 3 alternative draft laws on responsible treatment of dogs and amendments to related laws on March 26. The deputy corps will have to choose one law-in-draft, which will be taken as a basis and then finalized by the relevant Committee on Regional Policy and Housing and Public Utilities.
The Supreme Council deputies continue to work in the Committees and in the electoral districts this week.
