Last year, the yard area of house No. 62 in Leningradskaya in Bendery was asphalted several times. Utilities forgot to lay asphalt after repair work. Residents of the microdistrict turned to the deputies of the Solnechny district for help in solving this painful issue. Deputy of the Supreme Council for electoral district No.1 Alexander Korshunov and deputy of the Bendery City Council for electoral district No. 3 Oleg Tarasov are at phone call distance. This practice of interaction has existed here for ten years.
House No. 62 is almost 40 years old. Residents and deputies are monitoring its condition. Joint ideas on how to transform the courtyard and the microdistrict as a whole are being brought to life. Current issues of repair, replacement of windows, improvement of courtyard territories are being resolved. Activists from Leningradskaya 62 planted flowers. Even hedgehogs can be found on a cozy plot near the five-story building. Today the house is considered one of the best in the neighborhood.
Children's recreation areas along Leningradskaya Street are also transformed. A sandbox, a swing-scale and several benches were added to the horizontal bars and swings in the courtyard of house No. 64. Everything is at the personal expense of the deputies of the Supreme and City Council Alexander Korshunov and Oleg Tarasov. The new reality is the teamwork of deputies, chairmen of house committees and cooperatives, and the residents themselves who love their neighborhood. Together they make Solnechny even brighter and more beautiful.
Another step towards creating a more conducive living environment is the green space. It is planned to start work on cutting old trees and planting new ones in the microdistrict. The landscaping program will be launched next year.
The improvement of Solnechny continues. Taking care of what has already been done, taking the initiative in improving the microdistrict is the task of everyone who is not indifferent to the place where he lives.
