This holiday – is a major event for the Orthodox and the most glorious feast of the Christian calendar. This is the symbol of the beginning of spring, rebirth to new life, impersonation triumph of goodness and justice.

Easter joy unites people of different political opinion, national or social status, inspires them to do charitable act and actions. It is gratifying to see that the traditions associated with this holy holiday, keep going, and are taken over by younger generation of Pridnestrovians, awakening in them desire to live in accordance with the canons of the Orthodox faith.
