I would especially like to note the veterans, they pass on their invaluable experience to the younger generation. I express my gratitude to those who are in the ranks today, for their selfless service to the Motherland, for their noble work in ensuring the security of our republic, protecting the interests of citizens, for strengthening the rule of law and order!
