Dear residents of Bendery!

Today we bow our heads, recalling the sad date in the history of Pridnestrovian people - 23rd anniversary of the Bendery tragedy.

Pain of Bendery tragedy will always live in the hearts of Pridnestrovians. Republic remembers and honors the feat of the soldiers who defended the freedom of our people and defend our right to live on this earth and speak native language.

Residents of the city had not only defended the city, their future, in those tragic days, they defended the state. And no one would have forgotten about the price that Pridnestrovians paid for it.

 Today our sacred duty - is to keep peace and tranquility in the state, to live in peace and harmony. It is for the sake of children and grandchildren, the blessed memory of all those who died in that war. Our soldiers, all those with arms to defend the freedom and independence of our republic have given their lives for the piece after all.

We are united in the desire to live in a strong and prosperous country in which civil peace and harmony among all peoples are the components of the main values ​​of our society.

Let the good deeds and initiatives aimed at strengthening and development the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, for the benefit of every inhabitant of our Motherland will be blessed memory of all the victims of this tragedy!
