Cars literally flooded everything

The problem with parking of vehicles is not new for the towns of the republic, especially large ones. It has stuffed all on edge. Motorists outraged because of the lack of parking spaces, countless road signs "Stop, parking is prohibited", where you have installed and where it is not necessary. Residents of apartment buildings, courtyards of which literally flooded with "iron horses" even more indignant. Moreover, they are left both at lawn and gardens, and children's playgrounds, where people hang wash clothes. There is a conflict of interests and social tensions. Deputy of the Supreme Council Vadim Levitsky, who prepared a number of amendments to several existing laws offers to defuse it by involving careless drivers to administrative responsibility.

The procedure for voting on the law-in-draft of Vadim Levitsky on the establishment of administrative responsibility to those who leave the cars at internal territories, including lawns, playgrounds and sports fields, showed that the voices of deputies divided approximately equally. The required number of votes was not received for the adoption of legislative initiative.
