I congratulate you on the 30th anniversary of the foundation of the Arbitration Court of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic on behalf of the Supreme Council I congratulate you on the 30th anniversary of the foundation of the Arbitration Court of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and on my own behalf!

The arbitration court is an integral part of the judicial system of the republic, the activity of which is difficult to overestimate at present.

The formation of the court has passed, an efficient professional team of judges has been formed, and its own traditions have developed for 30 years. Competent consideration of cases, adherence to principles in decision-making, openness of the court - all this contributes to the creation of an effective mechanism for resolving disputes between business entities and is the key to the stability of economic relations in the republic.

The Arbitration Court of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic during its existence has achieved significant results in promoting the strengthening of the rule of law and preventing offenses in the field of economic activity and management, as well as ensuring the transparency and accessibility of court decisions to the general public.

I am sure that in its activities the Arbitration Court, as before, will invariably be guided by the principle of the rule of law and the protection of citizens' rights, serve the interests of strengthening the Pridnestrovian statehood.

We highly appreciate your work and wish you continued success in the field of justice! Let there always be awareness of the correctness of your cause in your affairs!
