22.03.2018

Chairman of the Supreme Council Alexander Shcherba, his colleagues on the deputy corps Oleg Leontiev, Oleg Bayev, Sergei Pisarenko, Igor Yarych, Ivan Nedelkov, Valery Babchinetsky are among the participants of the final board of the Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Resources. The results of the work of the branch ministry and the agro-industrial complex as a whole in 2017 were summed up with the participation of the President of the Republic Vadim Krasnoselsky. The report was presented by the head of the department Efimy Koval. In includes both achievements, so shortcomings and problems of farmers.

Such large areas allow agrarians to harvest a large crop. Last year, for example, 457 thousand tons of grain was harvested. At the same time, there was a positive trend recent years in the increase of acreage, occupied by vegetables, which do not deplete the soil, as technical crops do. The task of increasing the area occupied by vegetables, fruits and berries remains urgent for our farmers. Their collection, processing, sale in a fresh, frozen and canned form brings more income. But on the other hand, and investments in these industries require more. The lack of finance is the main deterrent in the development of these sectors of the agro-industrial complex. Similar difficulties in the development of various livestock sectors, although there are prerequisites for its development - we grow grains several times more than we need. It could be food for animals.

One of the main problems of agrarians is the marketing. Its main reason is high production costs, which, including due to transport logistics, become uncompetitive in the same Russian market.

Thanks to the words of gratitude to the leadership of the republic, the well-known entrepreneur in the sphere of agriculture, deputy of the Supreme Council Sergey Pisarenko, began his speech.

Currently, the state program is coordinated in state administrations of cities and districts of the republic, ministries and departments. Its implementation is scheduled for 2019. However, the implementation of its items will largely depend on the availability of financial resources, but with this, according to the Ministry of Finance, which has issues for the draft program, this is not the best way - the state is still earning too little.

Today, according to the head of the Ministry of Agriculture Efimy Koval, the contribution of workers of the agro-industrial complex to the economy of the republic is significant. The agro-complex in 2017 paid taxes amounting to 130 million rubles. True, there are arrears of farmers - in the amount of 26 million rubles.

Several times the participants of the final board turned to the questions of taxation. Agrarians offer "at least for 2-3 years not to change rates" in order to give impetus to the development of the industry. Prospects for its development in his report were presented by the 1st Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Natural Resources Oleg Diligul.

The President once again reminded that the land is still the property of the state, and it should have a full, and most importantly, legal right to seize it from those land users who do not use it effectively, do not pay taxes and wages.

The head of state estimated the work of the industry and the relevant department last year to be satisfactory.
