October 23, the draft budget 2016, previously approved by the Government was put placed for consideration of the State Duma. Budget revenues amounted to 13.5 trillion rubles, expenditures - 15.9 trillion rubles, deficit - 2.4 trillion rubles, or 3% of projected GDP. Consideration of the budget in the first reading is scheduled for 13 November. Tough battles turned around sections of the social sphere, defining prosperity and quality of life of Russians in preparing the draft federal budget 2016.
