Let us introduce the interlocutor: Anatoly Kaminsky was born on the 15^th of March, 1950 in the town of Baley, Chita region of Russia. He is a graduate of the Odessa Technological Institute of Food Industry named after M. Lomonosov, Mechanical Engineer. From 1977 till 1983 he worked in senior positions in the MSSR, then - Deputy Director, Director of Rybnitsa Dairy Plant. From 1990 - 1992 years- Chairman of the Executive Committee of Rybnitsa.

In 1990 he was elected as a deputy of the City Council on the 2^nd of September, becoming the deputy of the Supreme Council of the Provisional. Anatoly Kaminsky - Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council, Chairman of the mandates, regulations and deputy ethics of III convocation, since January 2006, was elected Vice, and in July 2009 the Chairman of the Supreme Council of the IV convocation. December 12, 2010 he was elected to the Supreme Council of PMR of V convocation. The legislature of the republic represents the interests of the inhabitants of Rybnitsa and Rybnitsa district.
