Anatoly Guretsky was appointed as PMR Prosecutor

In accordance with the norm of constitutional law "On the Prosecutor's Office of PMR" the candidate for this position must meet certain requirements. In particular, it is determined that the Prosecutor of Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic may be a citizen of the Republic who has attained the age of thirty years who has a higher legal education and experience in the legal profession for at least ten years.

Anatoly Guretsky took oath Pridnestrovian people, pledging to stand guard over human and civil rights. The first President PMR Igor Smirnov and the head of state Vadim Krasnoselsky congratulated him.
