The amnesty was extended for three months more

Prosecutor's proposal to make changes and additions to the decree of amnesty marking the 25th anniversary of the Republic and the 70th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War did not provoke controversy among parliamentarians. The initiative was born on the basis of appeals enforcers facing difficulties of previously adopted standards implementing. The documents specified categories of pardoned persons. The amnesty was extended for three months more. The initiatives were adopted in the final reading.

The updated version of the Decree "On amnesty in connection with the 70th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War 1941-1945 and the twenty-fifth anniversary of the formation of Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic" states that "conditionally convicted, as well as those serving sentences imprisonment or a sentence of compulsory work or corrective labor or deprivation of the right to hold certain posts or engage in certain activities, designated as the main punishment, who committed a crime before the verdict, in which applied probation are under the decree of amnesty. This act of amnesty applies to both sentences, self-executable".
