A. Martynov, "We need to improve the efficiency of the executive branch"

The President of PMR Vadim Krasnoselsky offered the Supreme Council deputy Alexander Martynov to the Prime Minister. His candidacy was supported unanimously by parliamentarians. Alexander Martynov before the appointment addressed to the deputies and the head of state. In his speech, he outlined the main directions in which the state will develop. Almost each of them, the prime minister said, positions of the people program of the President Vadim Krasnoselsky will be taken as a basis.

According to Alexander Martynov, the government needs to implement a set of measures, among them - increasing the effectiveness of executive bodies of state power.

He also noted that the advisory councils, which will include public figures will be established at the ministries. This, according to the new prime minister, will strengthen the control of any corruption. In the near future relevant legislations will be sent to the Supreme Council. According to Alexander Martynov, by analogy with the Russian plan to move to a system of national accounts and to reform the system of state statistics.

Among the areas of activity of the Government, Alexander Martynov highlighted the creation of conditions for attraction of investments, including Russian. The new head of the Government intends to expand cooperation with Russia, channeling funds into the social sphere, in the real economy.

The parliamentarians congratulated Alexander Martynov upon appointment wish the elected Prime Minister success in his new post. President Vadim Krasnoselsky joins congratulations, promising to provide support as the deputies, and him personally. The Head of State has identified the priority tasks of the Government.
