The President of PMR Vadim Krasnoselsky offered the Supreme Council deputy Alexander Martynov to the Prime Minister. His candidacy was supported unanimously by parliamentarians. Alexander Martynov before the appointment addressed to the deputies and the head of state. In his speech, he outlined the main directions in which the state will develop. He also noted that the advisory councils, which will include public figures will be established at the ministries. This, according to the new prime minister, will strengthen the control of any corruption. In the near future relevant legislations will be sent to the Supreme Council. According to Alexander Martynov, by analogy with the Russian plan to move to a system of national accounts and to reform the system of state statistics.

Among the areas of activity of the Government, Alexander Martynov highlighted the creation of conditions for attraction of investments, including Russian. The new head of the Government intends to expand cooperation with Russia, channeling funds into the social sphere, in the real economy.
