At the end of the working week the Chairman of the Supreme Council Alexander Shcherba held a reception of citizens on personal matters. Feodosia Vodaturskaya came to the reception to the speaker, she decided not a personal, but a public matter. It represents the interests of the residents of two multi-storey buildings along the capital Stroiteley Street, united in building society №45. They express a desire to pay for the services of using the elevator through the settlement and information center by each tenant using the elevator. As the speaker was informed by the chairman of the housing construction co-operative 45, such a relationship mechanism operates between him and the Municipal Unitary Enterprise “Special Autoeconomy”, which is engaged in cleaning and garbage disposal. The administration of "Tiraslift" opposes the proposal to build relationships on new terms. The company wants to receive for the services provided the total amount from the entire cooperative.

The head of the legislature added: to solve a problem, you need to know the situation from all sides. Alexander Shcherba stated that the cash settlement center, through which payments for utilities received by consumers on a single personal account, was established on the basis of a government decree that applies to all housing and public utilities organizations. An important factor is the personified, and not the joint, accounting of utility users for members of housing and construction, consumer cooperatives, homeowner associations.

In the course of the dialogue with the Chairman of the Supreme Council, Feodosia Vodaturskaya raised another problem. The republican budget as of July 1, 2018 was in debt18 thousand rubles with housing construction co-operative 45. This amount is due to the provision of benefits to its members.
