In the course of the meeting of the Supreme Council the decision was taken to submit for consideration by the deputies of the draft law on the national budget 2017. Its first reading is scheduled for tomorrow's plenary session.

Yesterday, the country's draft budget was discussed by deputies of profile parliamentary committee on economy. Unfortunately, an evil tradition of the main financial document of the year by the Government deficit for the socio-protected articles, which equals 644 million rubles. This, of course, not 1.1-billion deficit this year, but too much.To end the vicious practice of representation in the legislature unbalanced budget, the Supreme Council Deputy Vadim Krasnoselsky made a legislative initiative to adjust the provisions of the Constitution, to change the approach to budget planning. Constitutional duty of government is to present balanced budget in the parliament, and the Supreme Council - the adoption. The second aspect is the prohibition on the level of the Basic Law for the provision of individual tax and tariff privileges and preferences. The third point was the exclusion of the possibility of establishing public authorities extra-budgetary funds: all public finances must move through the budget.
