Dear Pridnestrovians, Russian citizens and compatriots!

On behalf of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, I sincerely congratulate you on the occasion of the state holiday of the Russian Federation - the Day of Russia!

28 years ago the First Congress of People's Deputies of the RSFSR adopted the Declaration on State Sovereignty of the Republic. This decisive event marked the beginning of a new stage in the history of the Russian state, laying the foundations for a fully-fledged democratic development of the country.

Every year this state holiday becomes more and more majestic and significant, as a symbol of unity and cohesion of Russians, living for centuries in peace and harmony.

The Russian Federation for the majority of Pridnestrovians is a homeland, one for all, regardless of the nationality and religion of each. We are inseparable from its centuries-old history, spiritual roots. This inseparable connection is a priceless asset. We must cherish this sacred heritage carefully, always remember that the fate of Russia depends on each of us.
