Alexander Shcherba, "Love is the basis of life"

The Hall of plenary sessions has never been more beautiful. Exclusively representatives of the beautiful half of humanity, female employees of the Supreme Council are in its ranks.

The chief man of the Supreme Council, Chairman Alexander Shcherba addressed them with warm congratulations.

Another gift was a concert, which for lovely ladies was prepared by members of the ensemble of the Ministry of Internal Affairs under the direction of Dmitry Memey. The concert program included all the variety of musical colors, characteristic of the beginning of spring.
