You need to have a real vocation, which, coupled with competence and responsibility, forms the ability to see the professional abilities and capabilities of an employee behind the pages of a personal business. You are responsible not only for the selection, but also for the training of personnel, for their professional growth, ensuring the provision of various social guarantees to employees.
